Good location, central to everything we wanted to do. Only thing I would have liked is I wish out room had a refrigerator.

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location near subway lines, shops, and local amenities, making it easy to get around the city. Many also found the beds comfortable and appreciated the basic value for price. However, several reviews mention issues with cleanliness, such as dirty rooms and bathrooms, as well as negative experiences with service, including rude staff and slow check-in. While the hotel suits those looking for a simple, affordable stay, improvements in housekeeping and customer service are needed.AI-generated from customer reviews

Shower is drafty due to a lack of a door or curtain. Bed had sheets but no blanket. Desk light didn’t work.
Pros (+) The beds were comfy, room was decent size for double bed, it’s was very clean, staff was nice & the location was central to most things. It was quite at night which is good considering the city. Close to subway. Continental breakfast was served daily. Would recommend to friends and family.
Cons (-) Mini fridge didn’t get cold. No microwave. Luckily I was only there to sleep and bath. Standing shower only 1/2 glass door.
Pros (+) Location near train station
Cons (-) 1 Rooms are extremely small 2 staff is very rude 3 elevator doesn't work 4 neighborhood not great 5 paid parking 6 breakfast room is suffocating and not much options
Cons (-) Room service wasn't great. Didn't change bed sheets or sweep the floors
