Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing transportation. However, many reviews highlighted serious concerns about cleanliness, with multiple mentions of dirty rooms, bathrooms, and shared facilities. Service was also criticized, with reports of unprofessional, rude, or unhelpful staff, and a lack of proper amenities such as WiFi and breakfast. Noise levels, both from inside and outside the hotel, were another common complaint, affecting guests' comfort and sleep. Overall, while the location is a strong point, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and noise management.AI-generated from customer reviews
