Pros (+) The hotel is very well put together and the stuff are extremely helpful. All of them speak English. This is a challenge in Hungary. We had an issue with the shower and it took only a few hours to for the issues to be resolved. They even ask us if we are OK exchanging our room if they were unable to fix the shower. This is a great place if you do not spend too much time in the hotel. It is 4* after...
Cons (-) There were only a couple of things we did not like. 1. The Free Parking is very limited even though there is plenty of parking in the nearby small streets. That is where we parked our car most of the time 2. The pillows were bad we asked for 2 extra per person..lol
