Pros:NothingCons:Despite my confirmed reservation, the Budget counter was CLOSED upon my arrival. I could not get my car. Neighboring agency counter said, "they keep odd hours". Will never use them again, anywhere.Reviewed 11 May 2021

Pros:Don’t know. They wouldn’t let me rent a carCons:You can’t rent a car here without a credit card. I only have a bank debit MasterCard. Other places like Hertz and Enterprise are fine with a bank card. So I was left stranded and had to go to another place.Reviewed 23 Jan 2021

Pros:Vehicle was nice, clean and new.Cons:They allowed me to book the pickup at 6 pm when they close at 6pm. I was running a little late and they closed. I had to pick up the car the next morning.Reviewed 1 Aug 2019

no car for reservationPros:nothingCons:had car reserved at 5pm. no car. at 6:30 was told the only way to get a car was to drive to airport 12mi in the rain and the roads were not yet melted. I could not get info on how many walk-ins they had given cars to that afternoon. I missed a 630 meeting and had to cross town to get car. car wa not full of gas (down one mark) but paperwork aid full.I had no choice because I ha to driver to ORD in the morning and could not get another car. Never again.Pros:The car was great on gas.Cons:The employees were rude, windows were dirty on the inside of the car and the window wipers were bad. Mind you we drove through the mountains in the rain. Had to pull over because we couldn't see. And once I told the associate at drop off, I was blatantly ignored.
