employee was rude and unhelpful
Everyone was friendly. The condition of the van was not great. The right rear fender(?)was not attached properly and it flapped in the wind on the interstate. They would have exchanged the van, but we were not close to an airport when this happened. We taped it together.
Waited 2 1/2 hours in line, never got the car, had to go with another company.
It was ok. The personnel at the counter should have a better attitude and provide better customer service. The gentleman who took care of me was borderline rude. On the other hand, the vehicle was very clean, but it had a very bad smell. We had to lower the windows for a while.
There is NO BUDGET desk at arrival. Nobody knows about Budget.
This is the third Budget vehicle I've rented that is dirty. It's getting ridiculous. Every surface is dirty. Food, crumbs, spills, a messy windshield. One or two cars before this there was still auction paint on the window.
Awful. My reservation was cancelled but wasn’t notified in advance.
I had to wait for about an hour to get the car as the line was extremely long and there were only two agents trying to deal with it all. When I got to one, he was efficient and it all went smoothly, but the wait was awful. The car itself was good and I liked it. Getting the car was easy and so was the return. But, why only have two overworked agents when there were so many reservations?
Terrible. Hour in line, no cars available.
Worst rental ever. Huge line, 2 people working the desk waited and hour in line to get our keys. Never again Budget or Kyak. 👎👎
