Cons:When I got to the rental place it was a higher cost and then they overcharged me a fuel fee at the end even though I had filled the tank with gas.

Cons:Agent at the front desk was extremely rude. I made reservation 3 days prior which she would not recognize. Would not allow me to use my debit card even though the policy states if I flew in and out of pns and showed proof I would be able to use the debit card. She denied me service so I rented a car from hertz instead with no problems.

Pros:Great rate
Cons:The car smelled of smoke and wasn’t clean. surprised that Toyota Camrys are so uncomfortable. Also all the warning beepings (i.e. seatbelt) were the worst I’ve ever heard: loud and obnoxious. It was a long road trip-will make sure not to get a Camry next time. And this was an upgrade!

Pros:We knew we were going to arrive later than anticipated so I called the rental office in Aruba to notify them and they said they would hold the car. However when we arrived the person at the counter said our car was given to someone else because we did not show up on time. After a brief discussion where i told the agent that we had called to confirm that our car would be available at 10pm upon our arrival, they made a Jeep Wrangler available. So this rental has a happy ending. Thank you Budget for doing the right thing.
