We arrived 30 min before their closing time, but the entire staff was gone. We called and walked around and could not find anyone to give us our car. We had to go to Alamo to rent a car at 1 AM so we could drive a couple more hours to our destination. When talking with someone on the customer service line, they said there was nothing they could do and suggested we just take an Uber (at our own expense). I will never rent from Budget again.

Okay...I was a hour late returning the car. Guy behind the desk indicated I would be charged for another day weather I returned the car that day or kept it for another day. I said its only a hour late and was told to take it up with Budget. Top notch customer service that I will tell all my friends.

It was good once we were able to get in co tact with the company to get our car. We called three times and finally had an airport employee call the manager. After that, the rental process was great.

It's a big ask, but Budget might want to consider putting snow tires on their vehicles during the winter months. I absolutely loved the Mini Countryman I got for my rental, but had more than a few white-knuckle moments during a pretty moderate snowfall because the sporty tires were absolutely useless off of dry asphalt. I think the cost of winter tires would be hugely offset by the avoidance of some winter-related accidents.

There was no clear information. I was charged something pretty different from what I reserved. The car nearly broke down. The car was almost empty when I left and I had to ask the person checking me out about it. I am never renting from budget and/or this location ever again.

Terrible! I reserved it online then wasn’t able to pick it up because I didn’t have a credit card. It had even taken my debit card while making the reservation. I went with a different rental company and wasn’t able to use my Budget reservation.

Budget did not have car keys available when we checked in and we had to go with a minivan vs Chevy Suburban which we ordered months in advance. The Suburban was on the property, but keys were not at the front desk. We will use Hertz and or Enterprise in the future to be able to go to the car and miss the long wait and poor communication at the rental car desk (it was Avis managing Budget customers). We should be given a discount for minivan vs large SUV, but I do not have the time to deal with the poor customer service again.
