It was quite an inconvenience when I edited additional cost and loss a whole dayof the trip due to not having a reliable car and then be told that I have to pay $115 USD if the car is not clean. Instead of making ammends giving me a unreliable car the sought to punish me. Time is money and I loss way too much.Reviewed 7 May 2026

Budget have con artist employees. Budget never gave me the car of choice offered an upgrade the car was previously in a car accident the car had dents all over it. The front left tire had a bulged and I was charged to replace the tire. No email or bill was provided to give a breakdown of the cost. There was no manager was available at the time of drop off. When I collected the vehicle.The car had a fish odour. The gentleman used may a whole bottle of Victoria secret to try to get rid of the scent. No other vehicle was available. I would say never….never again. The staff at the mobay location horrible service. Very rude and disrespectfulReviewed 23 Jul 2025
