Dirty car inside, like totally dirty and mark no damages, but there was damages and it was hard to c them at night what was the pick up. I was lucky to find the damages on a rental parking lot and make the photos, otherwise they would ask me to pay for them. The request of 2 credit cards as guaranteed was shock, they said we need two of your credit cards as it a luxury car. Lucky me I have 2Reviewed 30 Apr 2025

The supplier choice is apparently an EV even though I didn’t select the EV option. They require you to bring the car back charged. For a one day rental to the airport, that is not realistic. I was also charged for gas, which I had stopped near the airport and filled up. I eventually got a credit but the whole thing was a hassle and didn’t leave me feeling good about renting from Budget in the future.Reviewed 29 Apr 2025

Pick up process was ridiculous. I'm not exaggerating--standing outside (not in any type of building or cover) for 56 minutes while they tried to figure out rentals for myself and 7 other customers. Ended up just giving me a size up, was not cleaned well, didn't have record of what fuel level was at, and staff spoke all of 3 words to me. I saw the poor reviews at this location and figured, how bad can it be? Yes I got my vehicle and it worked fine, but the entire pick up and drop off experience was horrible and I do not plan to rent from this brand at this airport again.Reviewed 29 Apr 2025

The staff were friendly, but their policy for charges is poor in comparison to other companies. They automatically charge you for a full tank of gas before you even return it(which is credited back to you upon return of full tank)and if you go over your return time by even an hour they charge you for it. Poor customer service in my opinion. I will NOT rent with Budget again and I rent a vehicle every 2 weeks. I'd rather pay a bit more with Enterprise and get exceptional customer service.Reviewed 25 Apr 2025
