Pros:Staff was mildly friendly at best. we waited in line for over an hour to get our rental. The first rental we received had not been cleaned and smelled terribly of smoke. After returning to the counter we were offered another vehicle without question which was appreciated. Upon further driving of the Toyota we were provided, the breaks were absolute terrible and would cause major vibration when attempting to stop. With driving to Telluride through the mountains, the breaking situation is not ideal by any means.Cons:Vehicles need to be updated and be properly maintained. Also, in that size airport, there needs to be more staff, there is no reason to be forced to wait an hour for a rental at any airport.Reviewed 16 Sept 2020
