Pros (+) Rita at the front desk was above and beyond friendly, courteous, and helpful. Also, had a room that was perfect and had the most incredible views of the mountains.
Pros (+) Love the coffee shop and boutique. Did a lot of my Christmas shopping there! Great stuff! Staff are always nice.
Cons (-) The room is usually clean when we stay here, but not this time ... Sticky remote and appliance faces, dirty and wet soap bowel, shampoo container empty. The beds and bedding used to be very comfortable, but the last two times...rough and pelliing sheets ... Feels like sleeping in sandpaper. The pillows are feeling worn out.

Pros (+) This is the most well maintained property I have stayed in in it's class. The walls and fixtures were very well kept. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and in good working order. The hot breakfast is a good perk and the wifi is pretty good.
Cons (-) As a frequent business traveler, I have stayed in numerous similar hotels. Seeing the same sausage, pre-made cheese omelette, biscuits and gravy on the breakfast buffet that I have eaten for weeks previously made my heart sink a little. The lack of an elevator was also a nuisance for check-in/check-out and for the elderly in general.
