Comfortable bed and cleanliness. A place to plug in my Volt
The hot tub location was unusual
We recently stayed here for only one night. I called ahead of time to varify that they knew we had a small dog and to make sure they had air conditioning in the room. I was assured by there reservations number that all rooms had ac (mid August temps. in the 90's) and that they were aware that we had a dog. Upon arrival they placed us in a nice air conditioned room. Once they say our dog they immediately told us we would have to move as dogs were not allowed in our first room. They had us move and this room had NO ac and it was 94 degrees outside and hotter in the room. They were not willing or able to give us any other options other than a fan. The night was without sleep and that was the purpose of the room.....
The sign in the front of this Days Inn property will read: 'Best value under the sun!' Don't believe it. I was stuck for one night while in Butte, MT for the Boys and Girls Basketball Tournament March of 2011. I was stuck in a closet. I could hardly move around the bed to the bathroom. Their exercise room consisted of three exercise bikes that they placed around the hot tub-not a suitable environment for exercise. Their breakfast was average. There are plenty of better values on both sides of Interstate 90 at the Harrison Ave off-ramp in Butte.
We are on vacation and driving to Midwest from Wa state. We have stayed in 4 Days Inn's on the way and back and 3 were spacious, had a large variety for breakfast, was comfortable and cost half what Days Inn Butte cost. The rooms look old and NOT updated. The bath tub is stained dark. Never again will I stay here. Didn't even have any discounts we qualify for. Days Inn Murdo had NRA and Military discount and only cost about $60. Days Inn Butte cost us over $*. BAD!!!!!
I Do Not recommend this hotel! Staff was rude, halls were musty, beds were very very uncomfortable, and pool was Very Cold, could not even swim in it! Asked for a refund within 15 minutes of check in and was told we would have to wait and speak to management, which would not be there until AM, management was horrible and GM was just as rude! If you have a problem with your stay, do not expect any sort of compensation! This hotel is a HUGE thumbs down!
Good hotel for a one night stay. We stopped over on our road trip. The place was clean, and friendly. The room was small, but fine for our needs. Breakfast was standard. Many ammeneties close by. Easy to get to and from interstate 15. Would stay again if passing through.
