Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest opinions on this hotel are mixed. Some guests appreciated the staff's helpfulness, the breakfast variety, and the pool area, as well as the spacious and clean rooms. However, many reviews mention outdated facilities, cleanliness issues, uncomfortable beds, and problems with air conditioning and noise. Service quality and friendliness vary, and some guests found the location convenient. Overall, while there are positive aspects, significant improvements are needed in maintenance and amenities.
