Nothing!Cons:
We were never notified that Hertz's Cahors office was closing. Rather Hertz moved the reservation to an auto repair garage Hertz was using in a City 1 1/2 hours away. We ultimately spent $150 for a cab to drive us to where the reserved car was located. Then had to argue with Hertz over the phone to reimburse us for the cab fare. They refused to reimburse us for the $25 in phone charges spent on efforts to get our car. This ruined our day. Hertz provided zero support in assisting us.keddy by Europcar
