We stayed at the Anza for my son’s wedding. When we arrived at 3, the hotel was without power (no fault of theirs) but the attitude was more “too bad, so sad”. They allowed us in the room early but we had no access to power so everyone had to go to the rehearsal in wrinkled clothing. The two bedroom suite was just marginal. The furniture is terrible. The most uncomfortable couches ever.. Rock hard...

Pros (+) All was fabulous at the Anza. Love the room. The bed was very comfortable. Henry and Zoe at the front desk were very professional, informed and personable. My only suggestions would be to have a few hooks in the bathroom to hang wet towels and maybe a mirror on the side wall in the bathroom. I wear contacts and it sometimes hard to see across the vanity.

Pros (+) The beds were amazing!!!
Cons (-) The bar was expensive and the staff was not attentive and appeared to only want to serve when it was convenient to them. For the money, I spent I would expect either a complementary continental breakfast or free parking. Neither was available.

Pros (+) Great ambience, $6mil upgrade really showed hotel's quality & efforts to be hotel of choice in Calabasas.
Cons (-) $10 parking fee No breakfast (?) Guests on 2nd floor (I stayed on 1) can be heard walking around above (ruined the hotel experience).
