Cons (-) The jacuzzi closed for the whole day for maintenance. I wish this could be done at night instead. I was looking forward to a relaxing jacuzzi to wake up before my flight and was disappointed to find it closed for the whole day 9/16

Cons (-) I have spg gold elite status and it didn't afford me any benefits on check-in. Usually it will get me access to the club room for free or a room upgrade but i was offered upgrades at 55$ a night increased cost. I declined the generous offer . Apparently having gold elite status at Sheratons isnt what it used to be

Pros (+) Nice, large room. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Cons (-) Restaurant was booked for 3 days for large group staying at hotel. Had breakfast one day on the property at the Irish Pub and felt staff did a great job offsetting the inconvenience of the restaurant being closed.
