Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests praise the hotel’s spacious rooms and beautiful natural setting, with many enjoying the tranquility and proximity to nature. However, several reviews mention issues with cleanliness, service, and infrastructure, including problems with room access, heating, and maintenance. Breakfast receives mixed feedback, with some guests enjoying it and others finding it lacking. The location is scenic but can be difficult to access, and some guests experienced problems with Wi-Fi and other amenities. Overall, while the environment and room size are highlights, improvements are needed in service, cleanliness, and facilities.AI-generated from customer reviews
