Pros (+) This newly built hotel features refreshing modern design with a responaible emphasis on energy efficienxy. Breakfast selection the best we have seen in 3 weeks of travel in southern Africa.
Pros (+) Traveling over 20 hrs it was great to have a Hotel that nice close to the airport. Shuttle was perfect. Carried our luggage and surfboard no problem. Breakfast...the manager comes to my wife,holds her hand and says"welcome". Who does that? Perfect.

Pros (+) I like the efforts of going green. The building was built in August 2013, so it is fairly new! The food was pretty good. The free shuttle transportation to and from the airport and waterfront was awesome. Most of the staff was friendly. Good bang for your buck for sure!
Cons (-) I didn't like the fact that breakfast was advertised as complimentary when I booked the hotel and the hotel charged me! Also, the staff wasn't helpful at times when I needed the Internet. They thought I was incompetent du cd their wifi wasn't working! I used the wifi the majority of the trip and they had some problems with it. I was very dissatisfied how they handled the situation.
