Friendly, helpful services team. Lovely property our accomodation was comfortable, stylish and roomy with a view. The concierge front desk team member that assisted us was great..including a pleasant surprise getting an upgrade plus organising a private boat tour around the Island with which was a highlight of our time at Capri!

Pros (+) The pool area is great, friendly staff, convienent location, great view, the suite size was huge (can't speak to size of the other rooms). Definitely use the option of having the currier transport your bags from the ferry as there is no cab access. Overall very pleasant stay.
Cons (-) No restaurant for dinner, but the restaurant next door (Villa Margherita) was fantastic. There was a few small bites at the bar menu but a few more options would be nice.
