Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location and the attentiveness of the staff, with several reviewers highlighting the convenience for exploring the city and the helpfulness of the personnel. However, there are frequent complaints about bathroom maintenance, including broken fixtures and unpleasant odors, as well as some negative experiences with noise, especially in rooms near the terrace. Cleanliness receives mixed feedback, and while some guests enjoyed the pool and room comfort, service experiences varied, with both highly positive and negative encounters reported.
