Pros (+) All staff at the hotel were friendly and attentive - which is hard to come by in Cartagena. The rooms and hotel overall were clean and comfortable, simple but nothing less than you need for a great stay. Cons (-) The wifi dropped out from time to time - which was a mild inconvenience. They have a shared desktop computer in a public room next to the pool which has reliable internet, we used this when we were desperate.
