Pros (+) The hotel is beautiful. The staff is always willing to help to make sure your stay is unforgettable. The restaurant ALMA, located in the hotel, is one of the best restaurants in Cartagena. Cons (-) There were very few down sides to our stay, but there was some pressure cleaning of the pool area being done at night until 2am, which was a bit load/disturbing. Also, there are some parts of the hotel that you have to be quite in since some guests complain about everything (the roof sun deck is one of those areas)!
