Cons (-) Overbooked so they left us sitting in the reception area for an hour while we waited for transportation to their other hotel downtown. We had booked this hotel because it is about a 20 minute drive to the airport. The downtown hotel was 1 hour from the airport and $10 more on the cab ride. They did not compensate us at all for their overbooking, extra cost, our loss of time and inconvenience.
