Okay
Bouchra, Jul 2026
The check-out experience was not good. There was a staff member who was not professional in dealing with me. She even forgot to refund the amount that had been held as a deposit. In addition, I was charged extra for an item that I expected to be included in the hotel services, along with additional taxes. Unfortunately, this hotel does not deserve the amount I paid. I am very disappointed.

Pros (+) Nice Hotel. Great Room.
Cons (-) Too much scent/perfum in the hallway, and especially in my room. Too much, too much!!!! At first I wondered if they were trying to hide cigarette smoke in my nonsmoking room - but that scent kept strong throughout my stay, it was really too much - and I am not sensitive to perfumes or deodorants. Headache inducing. Terrible. Milk/cream for the coffee machine would be nice.
