Pros (+) Nice Hotel. Great Room.
Cons (-) Too much scent/perfum in the hallway, and especially in my room. Too much, too much!!!! At first I wondered if they were trying to hide cigarette smoke in my nonsmoking room - but that scent kept strong throughout my stay, it was really too much - and I am not sensitive to perfumes or deodorants. Headache inducing. Terrible. Milk/cream for the coffee machine would be nice.

Pros (+) Very spacious and comfortable room: I got upgraded so was certainly pleased. It's perhaps not quite at the level of the true 5* palaces in other countries but that would be a small gap, everything is perfectly fine and it's one of the rare places where the Internet functions well!
Cons (-) Breakfast too expensive. Just cross the road and get a proper local breakfast at a tenth of the price

Cons (-) Staff need training about customer service. I paid for Sky Deluxe Double Room With Panoramic City view , they give smoking room 302 with NO VIEW . I checked out 1am .
