Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the breakfast and the hotel's convenient location. However, many reviews mentioned issues with unfriendly or unhelpful front desk staff, as well as problems with cleanliness and maintenance in some rooms and common areas. While some guests found the rooms comfortable and spacious, others were disappointed by noise, poor service, and lack of attention to guest requests. Overall, the positive aspects were the breakfast and location, but service and cleanliness need improvement.
