Great location and staff was helpful.
The hotel is definitely tired. The AC unit in my room was terribly loud. Bathroom has seen better days. The room just seemed a bit dingy.

booked through kayak.com which used getaroom.com but when i arrived they did not have a hotel reservation on file nor any rooms available. It was 1230am with no options. I had a email confirmation but nothing on the Hyatt side.
