Pros (+) Great location.
Cons (-) Only issue that we had was the WiFi didn't work well even though we had a router in the room. They changed it out twice & the service was still intermittent. The hotel was slow to respond.

Pros (+) Valet and Bellmen were on point, room was comfortable, location was good.
Cons (-) Check-in staff was a little stuffy, room window was beside auxiliary generator that came on very loudly while we were there, and a parking deck, NO VIEW AT ALL!
