Pros (+) The king suite was spacious, luxurious and clean. Everything was top notch
Cons (-) The morning staff did not cue me for the airport shuttle as they said they would. Did not have as much professionalism as the night staff.
Cons (-) It was just gross. For example, I took a hot shower and the bathroom doesn't vent well. The steam condensed on the ceiling and in some cases dripped onto the ground. The drips were this incredible yellow buttery mess. One of the most repulsive things I have ever seen in my life. Also it is very close to the airport but it is not possible to walk there, no matter which way you go you'll have to wal...

Pros (+) The location was wonderful. We went to a Panthers game Friday night and was only a 15 minute drive to the hotel after the game. Even though it was 1 AM when we arrived, the staff was friendly and very helpful. I liked that the hotel had a security guard patrolling the parking lot. Saturday morning we went to the National White Water Center and it was only a 18 minute drive with traffic. Pool and h...
Cons (-) Hard to find the hotel entrance from the highway since it is part of a thru way from the Mobile gas station. I drove past it twice before I was able to enter.
