This is a beautiful hotel set in the middle of Bruntwood Park. The rooms are all decorated and fitted out to a very high started The staff are fantastic and all very helpful and friendly. Finally, the food is delicious! What more can you ask for!
The tower suite we stayed in was amazing. A little gem of a hotel.
Pillows were far to chunky. Great for sitting up in bed watching telly but not for resting your head and sleeping on. Literally my only comment for feedback. Loved every minute of our stay.
The food is amazing. Make sure you get dinner here and breakfast! The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was a good size.
We were asked at check in if we wanted a paper for the morning, we did but we didn't get it. Although this is a minor thing, the hotel should be on top of this sort of thing. The breakfast was amazing, but there was only one waitress and she was rushed off her feet and kept forgetting things. The check in process was fine but we felt quite rushed. This is not a negative but should be mentioned.. there is no lift, just so people are aware when booking.
Cant fault a thing
The hotel is tastefully decorated. Lovey feel. Really nice hotel.
Breakfast was served until 10:30, however we arrived before 10am and there was hardly nothing left on the breakfast buffet with no intention of replenishing.
