Easy and friendly
Pros: No complaints - great service, nice car. Would use again.

Good staff, poor structure
Pros: Staff were friendly, knew their stuff, attentive, can't fault them.
Cons: Telephone line didn't work on weekends despite being open. Couldn't get the car I wanted and had to pay double. Car door didn't lock (got a £9 discount).
