Easy fast service.Pros: Very friendly staff, easy access at airport, clean car, easy return and overall great experience .Cons: Had problem with portable GPS so had to use my iPhone instead. Not easy to get reimbursement.

Terrible servicePros: The car was clean, the staff was nice.Cons: 1h20 queing, only 2 staff at the desk even though this is high season and this is an international airport. It takes approximately 20min per customer which is unacceptable. I rented the car for 1 afternoon so I lost 2h just waiting. Caution is way too high (1000€ for a small car for 1 day). Another 30min queing to get the car check done on the parking. They downgraded the type of car I booked without any compensation. I booked a Renault Clio or similar but they gave me a small Yaris which is not similar to a Clio.

Pros: staff is great and drop-off very easy; complementary mini USB to USB car adapterCons: VERY LONG wait for pick up and that's the last thing travelers want to have after overseas flight; Need a much bigger directions signs for the drop-off off the highway

Cons: They failed to document tire damage when I picked up and blamed me. Long wait at pick up. No time to argue over tire and miss my plane. Will never rent from them again.

There is no connection between what I ordered and what I was offered wCons: I ordered a convertable mini (with the picture of a MINI). I am aware of the categories, but I did not expect to be offered a FIAT 500 even if the roof should be slightly opened. My great disappointment is clear. The lady who took care of me was everything but nice and empathetic. After explaining what I expected and what I paid for, only one option was presented: to actually add twice the price. one can easily understand why I will not buy more on your site, and away from everything related to Europcar. I'm going to Norway in two weeks, and this morning I rented a car through my "old" rent a car company. Even if it seems that it is a little more expensive in comperison to your site and similar, at the end it turns out that the cost is sane and less expensive and especially I have someone to talk to if there is any problem.

Pros: The service from your website is poor. You cannot promise a minivan when national does not carry them. We also lost $125 in Allianz car insurance since we had to get a car with Avis with the issue with this rental.Cons: We had 4 passengers with 6 luggage. Reservation was for minivan which would fit 6 passengers. At Milan airport the agent at counter said only an Audi hatchback al we was available and argued that it was same class. We had to scramble and find a van with Avis, spent 2 hours extra, 400 euro more
