Service was terrible. They staff was extremely rude. Car broke during our trip to New Hampshire. It was 7 degrees outside. We were over charged for damage to the vehicle that we did not cause. No communication. We were directly lied to by the staff. I would not recommend enterprise to anyone.Budget

Cons:
When I went to pick up the car the guy behind the front desk was more interested in watching tv and getting off early then helping me get the paperwork and car pick up( pick up was at 1700 and they are open till 1800)When I got the keys and was doing a walk around the clerk was already out the door and zooming off in his personal vehicle. The rental wasn't cleaned that well, there was trash and receipts from the previous driver. When I dropped the car off one of their people jumped in the rental and left before I could go over the car with them.2.0 Poor
