Pros:

Arrived for my 6pm pickup at 6:02PM to find lights off, no one around and store locked up. Was hung up on twice when calling their customer service to try to get the pickup rescheduled for a time that fit the companies schedule better.

Cons:

An idea would be to not schedule a pickup for 6PM if you are closing the door at 6PM. Or maybe a check in call for a renter who has a late rental to make sure their flight wasnt delayed or provide an alternate pickup for them.

The experience was as last time; it was excellent. Staff is always extremely friendly. When I arrived there was no shuttle. They sent one immediately when I called and I didn’t have to wait on the phone for 20 minutes to speak to a person. Just absolutely seamless.

They were closed when my plane arrived (on time as scheduled at 8:30pm). I never got a car. They were unapologetic that not informing me there would be no airport pickup or way to get the car I reserved left me stranded and scrambling to find a rental car last minute. I will Never do business with Dollar again. I suggest removing this Dollar store from your lists so this does not happen to anyone else.

Terrible. They basically took my money and made me pay $120 in uber fees there and back because they weren’t accepting my form of payment which was from my bank account . I’ve used that card as credit and they wouldn’t even try to run it even though I know it would’ve went through as it has before at other places when I have to run it as credit. My bank even said they should’ve ran it and it would’ve been fine.

Long line at pick up with only one agent available to assist customers. A second was back from lunch break but the process was slow. Waited in line for an hour before getting a dirty car, though clean on the inside. Drop off was a much better experience.

Car was filthy. Seats were stained and it smelled awful. Outside had scratches and dents all over.
