Pros:The staff was courteous and friendly. I liked the fact that I had a choice of which van I could use. There were several different colors (I went with the gray with black wheels). Pros:The staff were very friendly at pickup, accommodated my expired driver's license, and recommended an excellent vehicle.Cons:I did a one-way trip and had to pick up and drop-off at airports because the cost doubled to use local enterprise offices.
