Pros:Car was in good condition and good priceCons:When we arrived we were given a much bigger vehicle than requested as ours had been given away to someone else. ( we were late and called to tell. The staff that due to our ferry leaving late) No one was there to accept the car despite their website saying they were open for drop offReviewed 8 Sept 2019

Pros:Staff was helpful and friendly. A smile and a friendly attitude toward the staff, in spite of flight delays and long lines and an airport terminal with no amenities, goes a long way. They've likely been dealing with grumpy, disheveled travelers all. Day. Long.Cons:My husband and I have twice rented twice from the Heraklion Airport location, and both times they have seemed understaffed... an extra employee or two would go a long way toward improving wait times and the overall customer experience.Reviewed 9 Jul 2019
