Pros:

The guy didn’t go i ok we very much, I wasn’t aware that i you you could return the car without a full tank of gas so I was disappointed that we had to stop and get gas after picking up the car. I also would have like them to vacuum out the car before I received it.

The experience was all around terrible. The gentleman that was there names Javier gave me a hard time picking up my rental. Clearly didn’t allow me to pick it up. I was in line before two ladies and he clearly skipped me to help them out and didn’t acknowledge me or apologize. I’m never renting there again. He was very judge mental

Pros:

I was given an upgraded vehicle at no extra charge. This was because they did not have my reserved vehicle on the lot.

Cons:

I think that the lot was far busier than expected and it caused some logistical problems. They only had one gentlemen cleaning all of the cars, so that caused some issues with being able to turn the cars over in a timely manner.

While it was advertised that the Enterprise location was available for pickup on Sunday from 9 am -1 pm, this was not the case, and I was unable to make my planned trip because of it

Original truck I rented had questionable front tires and Signs of excessive abuse. The SUV I was offered turned on the traction control light, And tire pressure monitoring system along the trip. Overall the customers service was good.

Pros:

The gentlemen working the desk did a good job of making sure I left the pickup location happy.

Cons:

The truck I requested was not there at my scheduled pickup time and was told it would be at least four hours before it might arrive. The car I ended up getting was dirty, as were all the cars on the lot. Fourth-five minutes into my drive the low oil light came on and when I stopped to check it it was a quart low. Last thing was I rented the SunPass and after a quick search was able to locate it in the bottom of the glove box but it would not stick to the window so I had to lay it up in the dash. I’m hoping all the toll stations picked up on it so I don’t get toll by plate charges

Kayak allowed me to make a reservation at 9am and when I showed up at 9;30 the distributor had 0 cars to give me and said I’d have to wait until 1pm. The connection between Kayak and the distributor should definitely be tighter and NOT allow for reservations to be made when no cars are available. Luckily another customer returned a car 45 min later that I was able to take but that system is totally flawed.

Our vehicle was clearly smoked in and not cleaned. When we addressed this to the employee , he stated he left some Clorox spray in the back for us. I didn’t know that it was my job to clean this filthy car!!!
