LuxembourgPros: The customer service representative was excellent and very helpful. The car was clean, good on gas and easy to drive. I enjoyed it very much.Cons: I didn't like that the tire and check engine light kept coming on. Even though I could turn it off it was a source of stress for me driving in a country I never drove in before and wasn't familiar with the roads. All in all the rental was very nice.

Cons: Budget Gare location gave us the wrong address for returning the car on a Sunday. We were unable to find any customer service number to call on the weekend (since the office was closed) and we drove around without being able to find the proper parking lot. The address they gave to return the car was a construction site.

ConfusionPros: Friendly service and clean car.Cons: I had the car reserved at 8 am but showed up late to pick it up. I was told that my car was no longer available. They offered me a very large car (nightmare in a tight parking garage) instead of the small one I had reserved. I understand a punishment for turning it in late...but aren’t I paying for it whether I pick it up on time or not? In the end, they gave me a small car and all was well.

TerriblePros: NothingCons: There was trash in the glove box. Trunk was too small. Shocks & brakes were worn out. User manual was only in French. I was pressed for time, terminal was too far away to reprocess so I was stuck with it. Could not have known about mechanical condition until driving it.
