The flight was 45 mins late leaving, we sat without a/c for some of this, 2nd Meal was a slice of pizza. Movies were good.
Couldn’t get boarding pass in SLC even with help from a redcoat, so had to find a desk in AMS to get boarding pass. Technical problems so not sure why. Very inconvenient. The KLM app is not as user friendly as most apps. Also had to wait almost an hour on the tarmac for a fuel truck, which caused us to miss a connecting bus in LUX.
Short flight so it was okay. Nice crew, all very pleasant and professional. We were near the back in row 27 so just as we got our drinks, we started our descent so had to drink very quickly!
Our first flight was delayed so we missed our connecting flight. However it was easy to book a later flight on their app.
The flight was great, the only reason for middle scores on entertainment and food is that it was a short flight so not included (but snacks were served including alcoholic beverages free of charge). I would definitely recommend KLM.
Was trying to change a flight but told that Canadian and local klm systems do not interact so they could not access my booking. Overall I like klm a lot but if it was important to change flights I would be very frustrated.
KLM is my favourite airline. Never ever let us down.Staff are first class.
Pretty bad. Food was awful. drinks were scarce, as if drinking an extra drink would ruin the airline. attendants were not very helpful. likely Dutch "directedness" (I cannot be bothered). Crammed flight. Entertainment in very minimal dosage. Almost all old movies and series with 1-3 episodes only. Very limited number of options available. Jesus!! it seems you need to bring your own entertainment these days even of flights that are 13 hrs long!! I would and I will avoid in the future!
I travel frequently. The flight was late again... KLM should really try and be on time
The flight itself it was great nice food the crew were very nice and helpful, Checking in from Birmingham wasn't great long queues for bag dropped, And I had my hand luggage case taken away from me even though I requested to have it with me as I had breakables items. I was told I can not because of the length of the flight with no explanation at all no options was given for me to take my fragile items out of my case it was taken away with hold buggage I find the staff member who was checking me in very unpleasant !! Can we please be advise if the rules have changed about the the carry on hand luggage it will be easier to be advise on booking your tickect if we not allowed to take the hand luggage with me. Overall I had a good flight .
I like all the Support that I have received during my flight.
Flight cancelled at last time 3h before and it was unforgettable because we have working engagement and we need to go home. Im very disappointed for this flight
They flew us to Zurich and have us layover there for a night with very last minutes notice, so we had to wait at the airport for 6hrs.

even with delay upon departure, the crew managed to get us on time to Lux, nice relaxing and generous service.. Classic good quality products. The opening time for the drop off was a bit late.. long queue of passengers waiting already before desk opened.
Boarded and sat on plane for 3.5 hours before taking off, Updates infrequent and no refreshments offered.
I didn't have food, and there was no entertainment as it was a short haul flight, so can't comment on those, The head cabin crew member was addressing the passengers like a telesales person reeling off terms and conditions; we didn't understand a word he was saying. This is the second time this year we have flown with Ryanair, and both times we've had to carry our luggage downstairs to walk to the plane. As were both OAP's this isn't really acceptable. We have another flight booked for September to Lanzarote, so hopefully that will be better.
Smooth journey made good time. The aircraft was littered and did not look very presentable.
Flight was ok until there was a sudden juddering in the plane and a severe sudden loss of height. There were a lot of distressed passengers and not a single word was said by the pilot or crew.
Awful, the plane was on time but Ryan Air chose to use it for another flight that was running late to avoid the 3 hour penalty so our own flight was 1.5 hours late. This meant a 1 am scheduled landing became 2..30 and we missed our car hire which costs us an extra £300 to rebook - bloody shambles

On time departure; arrived early into Faro. Air Malta operating flight, crew friendly and efficient.
I didn't eat any food so can't comment on that. The prices on the plane are extortionate (as are all prices on planes). Everything else was seemless and a great experience

Someone sat in my seat and this made boarding protracted and unpleasant. The stewardesses kept saying, “it is important that everyone be seated — or we will be further delayed,” but for a long time they did not tell me where to sit. At the end of the flight a baby screamed loudly for several minutes and it took ninety minutes (!) to get through EU passport and customs. We had to stand the whole time in a an overheated room. The seat on the plane was narrow. These things are not all Lufthansa’s fault but they made for a somewhat unpleasant trip.
Everything about the flight was excellent except for the fact that we had to wait one hour on the tar app and then I had to race to catch my connecting flight with the next stop
The flight on time, flawless check in and boarding process, the crew was very friendly.
Generally OK. The very worst part was the food we were served (on a special diet) which the crew apologised for and said they took photos for there managers. This flight was using a code-share from Discovery Airways, so perhaps not Lufthansa's direct fault. The general food was far better but definitely not plentiful unlike some other airlines. Otherwise it was a nothing special experience unlike the superb time we had last year for a similar route on Cathay!
Flight map did not work. Crew was great, food was good, plane took off on time and landed early. That's all I can ask.
Paid for exit row at the back of the plane. Window seat with lots of leg space. Food was inedible (as usual). Brought my own.
Efficiency of staff, and comfort and cleanliness of aircraft was all great. Maybe a hot drink without payment at that time in the morning would be good!

Absolutely horrific. Not only did the plane not board until AFTER it was supposed to have arrived in Luxembourg, but at the VERY last minute they announced that they would have to bump 10 people from the flight. Of course our family of 4 (trying to make it to Luxembourg to see my children’s 86 yo grandmother for Christmas) was bumped. There were 4 staff members, only one of which was even remotely trying to answer questions or get people on another flight. The reason they bumped us was bc a crew member was sick so instead of 110 passengers they could only take 100. This seemed ridiculous for a 30 minute flight where nothing is served anyway(!!?) They told us they could only book us on a Lufthansa flight at 1pm, but that there were no seats guaranteed. They also told us we would get a €250/person voucher for our troubles. They then gave us a link to a website to get those vouchers. When we got to the gate, the Lufthansa crew said that the flight was already overbooked and it was very unlikely that we would get on board. When asked if we could get our luggage and rent a car instead, they said it would take at least 2-3 hours to get our luggage. When we finally were allowed on the flight at the very last minute, we arrived in Luxembourg and none of our luggage (5 bags) with all of our Christmas presents and clothes/toiletries for the week made it to Luxembourg. Oh, and the link to get the vouchers doesn’t work….I think Air Dolomiti has a lot to answer for. I will be sure to avoid them at all cost in the future. I would recommend that companies like Kayak should use more professional air lines.
Pleasant and friendly staff. Comfortable aircraft. Speedy boarding. Took off on time. Arrived earlier than scheduled. Overall very enjoyable flight.
I have a walker I need it to get from the plane to customs and baggage claim. It had a huge orange tag on it saying it should be given to me as I got off the plane. It was not and the flight staff didn’t know where it was—both on my flight to London and on the return. In It was very frustrating
They forced me to check my wheel bag because there was a full flight. This was very frustrating. I went out of my way when planning my trip to not have to check any bags. Usually, they ask people if they are willing to check a bag they do not force people. This felt like bad planning on the part of the airline.
Had a plane! Have a plan! Have my luggage! 10 hours of travel turned into 50 hours. Good Lord!
Great flight, great crew, decent food. Premium Economy was very comfortable. I compare this flight to the one we took on BA from DC to London: Like a different airline. The food was atrocious, the crew aloof, and the cabin not as comfortable. Based on that first flight we said we'd avoid BA, but the return trip changed our minds.
Those seats were very comfortable. Nice leg room and food was great 👍
because the previous flight operated by BA was delayed, when arrived to the gate, I was surprised that I was taken out of this flight and they rebook me but with a different seat

We arrived at 430a for our flight. We only had carry on so we were sent to security. The BA person was tagging all carryon in case a shortage of bin space. We were on the plane like 20th and told we had to check carryon because it had a tag. Unexpected and unnecessary
We spent twice as long on the runway waiting to take off as we did in the air.
