I could never talk to a person when I did. They couldn't help me. I never picked up the car. I chose to go with somebody else Hertz sucks badly. Their website is c***, doesn't work at all. Can't make changes. Can't believe they're in business. No personality , no ability to talk to people unbelievably , poor service

I made a reservation and when I got there they told me they had no cars available. Why would you design your system to let a person with no car figure out how to get there just to tell them there’s no cars available for ten reservation you made and you she. To figure out how to get back or to another place for a car. The second place I went to, the person never came back from lunch. I will never try to rent with hertz ever again!

North Las Vegas store was great. They called me prior to my pickup time to tell me they were going to be 1.5 hours late in having my rental, but they upgraded me two levels at no charge and added the additional time to my drop off. This may have been a major inconvenience for some, but worked out great for this trip. Overall a great experience.
Some North Las Vegas car providers already include Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and Theft Protection Waiver into the hire price but not all of them. We recommend being aware of your coverage when hiring a car in North Las Vegas.
Keep in mind that car hire insurances often have a deductible clause, which is the amount you’ll have to pay if something happens during the time of your hire. If you want to avoid unwanted surprises, you should consider adding a non-deductible option to your North Las Vegas car hire.
