Turn-in at the Ridgecrest office was superb! Car condition was excellent! Pick-up counter was manned with just two agents for regular customers, took about 30 minutes to get to an agent. Had no clue about being able to check-in on-line. I still don’t know what the on-line check-in entails.Reviewed 16 Apr 2024

Pros:Staff was arrogant upon pick up, had to return car next day due to not being able to bend because of four Titanum plates in neck and the next day I was given a Hundi SUV and I still had problems getting in and I had reserve a Standard size car, Turn in was excellent, How ever I will not select Enterprise again my daughter used BUDGET and paid less and got a Tahoe!Cons:Night should have understanding employee's.Reviewed 11 Apr 2021

Pros:No line when picking up the car.Cons:The car smelled of smoke, the staff at Las Veags and Tucson were confused and seemed to be questioning me all the time about having a one way rental. They did not seem to trust me. The car had not been cleaned prior to rental.Reviewed 23 Feb 2021

Pros:Pick up and drop off were fairly easy. It was easy to switch to a bigger vehicle when we realized that the full size Nissan we rented was too low to the ground and too small for both my husband and i as we have both had joint replacements.Cons:The brand new 2021 Toyota Rav 4 that was provided us when we requested it had some braking issues and constant jerking whenever you let off the brake. For a brief time there was a burring smell coming from the brake area. it even died once while waiting for traffic to pass so we could pull out onto the street. I have owned a Toyota Rav 4 for 8 years (bought it brand new) and have never experienced either of these issues.Reviewed 16 Feb 2021
