Cons:There were two shuttles that finally took us to the pickup location. Facility was ok, Car was not clean inside I was charged for full tank of gas when I left the car three fourth tank full. Hours of operation is limited, this had to leave the car the night before my early am flight- knowing that I would never make it to the plane if I needed to ride two shuttles. Pros:The two staff members who assisted in the check-in process were kind and helpful.Cons:I saw other poor reviews but chose to ignore them. In retrospect, I wish I would have not gone with this company. Simply put, we rented a van but received a Dodge Journey SUV. Upon arrival, I was told this was the largest vehicle they had. Without luggage, this wouldn’t have been as much of an issue. However, there were five of us with five carry-on suitcases and five full backpacks. It simply wasn’t enough room. It was clear that there wasn’t an alternative vehicle that could be acquired, so I asked if any sort of credit could be given for having to go with a smaller vehicle. The kind worker went and asked who I presume was the head manager if a credit was possible. I was close enough to hear and see the interaction of the worker asking if a credit was possible. The head manager sharply responded “No…it’s a seven passenger vehicle. They ordered a seven passenger vehicle.” Clearly the head manager was only willing to consider a single point that was convenient for him and was unwilling to consider additional factors. The impact on our experience was the ride was significantly more cramped than we anticipated or desired. Also, I never was able to have full visibility out of the rear window due to luggage being stacked all of the way to the ceiling. Also, if your plane is arriving after 9 or 10 p.m., this company does not have a check-in on-site at the airport. It takes an additional shuttle to get to the place of business. If I had to do it again, I would have considered going with an agency that had a rental counter at the airport and that was available 24/7. This is no fault of Ace, but we found ourselves “stuck” at the airport due to them not having 24/7 access and our arriving just after the last Ace shuttle ran to the car pick-up site. One more thing…we also had an issue with them sending a text the morning of drop-off saying our vehicle was late despite the time I had established through Kayak not having arrived yet (I.e. the text came around 9 a.m. and our drop-off time was 11 a.m.). It’s not necessary to get into all of the details, but they charged us an additional day because they claimed we were overdue based on the original time the vehicle was picked up. But remember, we picked up our vehicle AFTER the time we said we would pick it up because we couldn’t get there the night before and dropped it off on-time on the day that it was due. In summary, while the price was great, it was simply a poor experience that moving forward I will consider paying extra to be able to deal with a more reputable company.Reviewed 9 May 2021

Cons:We were not notified that ace pick up is remotely located and we have to take two shuttles( No problem with shuttle with though however it would have been notified earlier). Lack of coordination amount team working at location.I upgraded at location however I was given different car without upgrade. Cons:Had to take a second shuttle from rental center to get to their off site facility...15 minutes away, had to wait 15 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. The driver apologized that the AC had just gone out that morning, same story with returning, 2 shuttles and driver apologizes for AC that had just failed that morning. Rented a mid sized SUV...it must have been from 2010...no USB outlets..still had a CD player...no Bluetooth or Aux. SUV also had a bad transmission...would drop a gear and rev to 5000 every time we met a hill. The AC could also have used a charge...luckily we were mostly up in Utah where it was cooler.
