The car had not been checked prior to it being rented to us. Within 20 minutes of renting the car, the tire pressure light kept coming on. Turns out, they had rented the car to us with a screw in the tire. Dollar then did not provide any real assistance, instead sending us on a series of calls, causing me to have to cancel plans for a vacation that I had had in the works for 10+ years. An Enterprise employee (after Dollar sent us to one of their Hertz locations, knowing it had already closed for the day), helped us by ending air to the tire, or we would have been stranded. Additionally, the pick up agent charged me for coverage I had declined. I am now in the process of fighting the charges and the additional costs I incurred due to the tire issue.Reviewed 19 Dec 2023

Lines on arrival in Las Vegas were horrendous. This included the line to get on the shuttle from terminal to car rental center, and the line to get to the desk to check out the car. More shuttles and more staff working the desks are needed. Drop-off was easier, but I still had to line up to get on the shuttle back to the terminal.Reviewed 23 Jun 2021

We waited 2 1/2 hours in line to pick up our reserved rental car. The customer service representative made it sound like we were required to pay for extra insurance even though I had confirmed with our insurance agent that a rental car would be covered under our policy and our credit card also has insurance that covers a rental car. Pros:I was able to select a pickup time of 10PM, yet the counter closes at 10PM? We waited in line for the airport shuttle and travelled all the way over to just have to backtrack to a Uber and not get the car until the next morning.
