Pick up was slow because they only had one employee working but she worked hard to get the job done quickly, was professional and the process was smooth. Car was ready and cooled off waiting for us - since it was 111 out that was really appreciated! Drop off after hours was easy and we simply walked across the street to catch the free shuttle to the airport terminal. Great value for the money - I rented a full size suv for the price of the compact with the competitors. I’d rent from them again!Reviewed 25 Jun 2024

Had to walk some distance to their facility. (It wasn't located at the airport rental car facility.) Then, I had to spend too long looking for someone to help me get the car. Finally, they tried to charge me more than the agreed upon price. (They ultimately agreed to charge me about what Kayak had quoted.)Reviewed 16 Apr 2024

Pros:Good value; cheapest van rental available by a considerable amount.Cons:Van had not been cleaned very well at all when we picked it up. The inside windshield was so dirty it was hard to see thru it when the sun lite hit it. There was melted chocolate in the luggage compartment.
