Customer service was ok even though she would continually stop to be on her cell phone. The quality of the van was horrible. It was dirty inside and out. Windshield had streaks and a film on the inside that we couldn't see through at times in certain light. Sooooo DIRTY!!! And the gas tank was empty. We told customer service and they said there was a gas station just up the street and that we should be ok. They didn't even come out to verify. Which means they knew the condition of the Van. We had to immediately stop, fill up the tank and clean the van windows and seats and run it through the car wash. The van also smelled of marijuana. DISGUSTING! We have never had this kind of experience with any of our rentals with other companies.Reviewed 31 Oct 2024

Pick up was slow because they only had one employee working but she worked hard to get the job done quickly, was professional and the process was smooth. Car was ready and cooled off waiting for us - since it was 111 out that was really appreciated! Drop off after hours was easy and we simply walked across the street to catch the free shuttle to the airport terminal. Great value for the money - I rented a full size suv for the price of the compact with the competitors. I’d rent from them again!Reviewed 25 Jun 2024

Had to walk some distance to their facility. (It wasn't located at the airport rental car facility.) Then, I had to spend too long looking for someone to help me get the car. Finally, they tried to charge me more than the agreed upon price. (They ultimately agreed to charge me about what Kayak had quoted.)Reviewed 16 Apr 2024
