No problem with pickup or the car itself. But very unorganized and confusing during the drop-off. I was told to leave the keys in the car and wasn't given a receipt. And then they charged me for an extra day + refueling costs. Hopefully will be receiving a refund!Reviewed 21 Apr 2024

I’m out of town 3-4 nights a week…… renting cars on every trip. This is the first time I’ve tried Budget, your guy behind the counter turned me away. Some kind of issue with my license. He actually told me it was not state issued. I wasn’t going to argue with him. It was midnight. I tried all the other car rental places, but no cars were available. I ubered to my hotel and went back the next day to enterprise. No issues at all. Your company insulted me. I will not be back. Thanks.Reviewed 10 Apr 2024

Car was great and easy to pick up and drop off. We reserved a convertible in January for pickup in September but alas no convertibles were available when we arrived. The clerk put the hard sell on the extra insurance coverages and made patently false statements regarding the coverages. He did provide a fine sport sedan at the price at which we reserved. Had we known a convertible would not be available we would have opted for a much cheaper rental car. While the car and service were fine (except the false statements around insurance) overall we were pleased.Reviewed 29 Sept 2023

Pros:Yes, super positive & friendly service.Cons:The shuttle from the terminal runs less frequently than I expected. I did not notice an attempt to encourage travelers to distance themselves. Only the driver was distanced because the front seating area of the bus was roped off. Travelers entered & exited the same door. Most seemed to be cautious of others but there was no direction or facilitation from the staff regarding safety & occupancy limits.Reviewed 24 Aug 2020
