Bad reception, information not clear, aggressive staff, all they want is to sale you extra insurance after they ask you to provide them with your own insurance and coverage and show them your insurance card to take a picture of it.. They wanted me to take the rented car with empty tank and return it with empty tank ( which is not easy to do ) instead of a full tank. Thant is all I can remember so this is the last time I rent with Entreprise !
