Pros: I loved the car itself, and the rental was smooth after we got the car. My rep was pretty friendly and patient and I would do business with him again.
Cons: Because I was a driver with a NDL from BC, the staff were unsure about the procedure/restrictions for the rental. In the end we found there were no issues and we were able to rent the car but we spent an hour at the dealership waiting to clear this up.

Easy, Simple and Hassle-free
Pros: We got a great little car for the weekend. No problems. We could not get the vehicle to the rental place on the exact hour it was required back based on a 24 hour period BUT thank goodness, were not charged an additional day. Really liked that!!!

Will not use enterprise again.
Cons: Vehicle was booked days in advance. Vehicle that was reserved was not there when I arrived. They decided to give me a different one. The different one wasn't ready so I had to wait fourty minutes for them to do an oil change. I was told that my extra driver fee would be waived because of the inconvenience but then I was charged the fee anyway.

Pros: Truck was running and warmed up when I arrived. Staff person very friendly.
Cons: Only one staff person, so a long wait at both pickup and dropoff. Person was very competent so it wasn't that.

Pros: Staff were friendly and professional The car ran great and was quite comfortable for the four of us
Pros: I really liked AVIS services! I got a car (Winnipeg, Canada) within 5 minutes, washed and 100% fueled. The same thing is drop-off. Really nice personal and prices are good
Cons: I needed additional two hours of rent, but I paid for whole additional day. Really, I thought I can get a little gift :)
I am waiting for final bill, let's see if there will not be any surprises

Customer Service Rep or Salesman??
Pros: There was a person available when i walked in.
My reservation was on file.
Drop off at the airport was eas
Cons: They didn't have the car i wanted and tried to put me in a compact SUV?!?!
I found out after the fact that the second driver was not added to the file.
The CSR at the initial location was proven to have been incompetent and given bad information that could have been very costly for us.
