Pros:Friendly stuffCons:Be more open about insurance coverage, as I was not told that I am responsible for full vehicle because I don't have Canadian driver licence. Worst experience Ever!!!Pros:NothingCons:Called me the day before pickup to tell me they didn’t have a 7 passenger SUV that I reserved.
