The pick up experience was a mess. They didn’t have the car I booked and then wanted to “upgrade” me to something that wasn’t going to work for what I needed the car for. Ultimately, it was resolved by the customer service rep, but it delayed my trip and caused much frustration.

Not good because we were expecting a total price as stated by Expedia but we got charged many other stuff.

Easirent did not post their hours. When we arrived at the airport the only thing we could do was rent from another car company. They closed at 6pm and our plane landed at 6:05. Instructions were unclear and hopefully I am not charged as I will dispute the charges since no services were rendered.

Line was long, I book my car for 12 but by the time i get my car it was 2pm, they never have the car I booked for, I booked a RAV-4 and they gave me a small sedan, they offered me other car that was smells and some some car the key doesn’t work properly.

Nothing was good. I will never use them again, or Kayak for that matter. There was no (obvious) mention of the fact that the facility closes at 6 pm. No other airport rental car facility closes that early. My flight landed at 5:50 and by the time I got off the plane and called for thier (call-to-arrange) shuttle, they had closed and there was no one even answering the phone at 5:59 pm. I had to Uber all over town to dinner, hotel, meetings, lunch and back to the airport. Never had a more worthless rental car experience.

Speedy pick up from airport when I called, friendly and helpful staff, pick up process easy and car warmed and waiting for me when I arrived on a very cold night . Would highly recommend this company.

There was an extremely long line and it took us over two hours to pick up the car. Used electric car with a terrible app to find charging stations. Got lucky to turn the car in with miles left.

Drivalia offers cars with letter "e" in description. You don't know-it is full electric. To me it is economy. In Italy the infrastructure for electric cars is poor. Also,Drivalia uses Chinese MG small suv hybrid. This is really weird hybrid you don't want to drive. Eats lot of gas and you have to change this hybrid like full electric car. Milano int. Airport does not have good signs to get to rent garage to drop your car.

Picked up the car and it was filthy. Clearly hadn’t been cleaned since being used before. Key intermittently stopped working and were locked out of the car, when trying to open it manually, car alarm would repeatedly go off. Car was not maintained well.

We liked the good value for money, and the car itself was just what we wanted and had no issues. It was not completely clean though when we received it, nor did it come full of fuel- under half a tank. The pick up and collection from the car park was fine and very quick. It was the wait time at the drivalia desk to sign the contract and pay the deposit which took too long. We joined the queue at 10:30am and we’re not at the front until 12:00pm. We were not in a rush but other customers were as they had plans or connections to make.
