Clean, comfortable rooms and everything worked very well. Check in and check out were also very convenient. It is right next to a Metro station so it is very easy to get around.

Staff made me invisible. Card keys seldom work in the elevator. The outside view of the window was pathetic. Food needs lot of improvement. Not the Marriott experience I have had elsewhere in US or Europe.

Pros (+) Upgraded my suite. Very friendly and prompt staff. Good location.
Cons (-) . The AC didn't cool enough properly and was hot as hell in the night . They only had winter duvets in dead is the Chennai summer, had to order sheets. So that combined with hot room due to AC - Couldnt sleep well at all. . The bathroom shower curtain was torn and wasn't the right size so water would fall over creating mess while showering. . Found a bug on the bed (not bed bug)
