Clean, comfortable rooms and everything worked very well. Check in and check out were also very convenient. It is right next to a Metro station so it is very easy to get around.

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests had mixed experiences at the hotel. Many appreciated the convenient location, good breakfast options, and the welcoming atmosphere created by friendly and helpful staff, especially during special occasions. However, several reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, inconsistent service, and maintenance problems in rooms and bathrooms. Some guests felt the service did not meet five-star standards, and there were repeated concerns about room hygiene and responsiveness to guest requests. Overall, while some found their stay comfortable and enjoyable, others were disappointed by service lapses and cleanliness issues.AI-generated from customer reviews

Staff made me invisible. Card keys seldom work in the elevator. The outside view of the window was pathetic. Food needs lot of improvement. Not the Marriott experience I have had elsewhere in US or Europe.
Pros (+) Upgraded my suite. Very friendly and prompt staff. Good location.
Cons (-) . The AC didn't cool enough properly and was hot as hell in the night . They only had winter duvets in dead is the Chennai summer, had to order sheets. So that combined with hot room due to AC - Couldnt sleep well at all. . The bathroom shower curtain was torn and wasn't the right size so water would fall over creating mess while showering. . Found a bug on the bed (not bed bug)
