Phone did not work, towel bar in bath/ shower area was loose and ceiling paint was peeling. I do appreciate that the facility is undergoing renovations- obviously much needed.

Guest reviews for this hotel are mixed. Many guests praised the comfortable beds and convenient location, as well as the friendly and attentive staff. Some enjoyed the pool and found the rooms spacious and well decorated. However, several reviews mentioned issues with cleanliness, noise, and maintenance, such as loud air conditioning, broken elevators, and unclean bathrooms. Service was generally seen as friendly but sometimes inefficient or disorganized. The pool and amenities received both positive and negative comments, with some guests finding them enjoyable and others noting they needed maintenance. Overall, while many guests had a pleasant stay, there are recurring concerns about cleanliness, noise, and facility upkeep.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) Bed was ok..but the bathroom had the worst ceiling I ever witnessed..peeling paint chip all over floor and in tub..I have video..was too tired to complain bc I had just drove 8hrs..room was missing a lounge chair/ couch and microwave didn't work
Cons (-) Everything. .normally ok visit..this time it sucked
Pros (+) My greatest experience came as I would get back and have dinner in the lounge. Mel was my bartender for three nights. She was fast, accurate, and very pleasant towards me and other guest.Even if I was tired or unsettled she made me feel welcomed, every night. Learning my name by the first visit.
Pros (+) Building - spaciousness
Cons (-) nothing
Pros (+) Room size and overall facilities
Cons (-) Small tv, bath shower in need of upgrade
