Cons (-) No dishes at ALL in the kitchenette. No toilet paper for linen change out (there two weeks, left me the same towels). Room needed a deep cleaning, I cleaned out the microwave (it was disgusting).

Cons (-) The rooms aren't cleaned well, decent decor for price point. Dishes were dirty. Fridge isn't cold, they did offer to replace it. I don't honestly expect more for price but they do need better cleaning staff.
