Guests frequently praised the hotel's convenient location and the friendliness of the staff. However, there were several complaints about cleanliness, with some rooms having unpleasant odors, mold, or being generally unclean. Value for money was also questioned by some guests, who felt the hotel was overpriced for the quality offered. Bed comfort was another area of concern, with multiple mentions of uncomfortable or noisy beds.
